This year’s two day event will take place on the 10^th and 11^th of July and will cover the following:

• Introduction to accountancy
• Understanding various roles within finance and what the role of an accountant is within the working world
• Routes to qualification including apprenticeships
• Interview skills
• CV surgery
• How to apply for roles in finance including writing cover letters
• Communication and office skills
• Practical exercise with an external business leader setting a task for students to work on in groups and present.
