The YEA is the elected youth council for Essex, with 75 seats to mirror the adult county council. Young people who are elected to represent their peers will work with the Community Involvement and Engagement Team in Essex County Council.  They will be the voice of young Essex on a range of issues identified by young people themselves as being important to them.

All our students were invited to apply for these important positions.  Three Ramsey students are now part of the final process.
