On Wednesday 14 October, The Ramsey Academy Year 11 Netball team went to Alec Hunter for a tournament. We played against 5 others schools in a highly competitive round robin, beating Alec Hunter 4-0 in the process. The team demonstrated excellent tactics. Unfortunately we lost the remaining games, however we ran a strong Honywood team very close, eventually losing out 5-2.

Despite losing the other games, we displayed excellent team spirit and never gave up. Unfortunately that is our last Ramsey tournament, however we have all said that we will continue to go training on a Wednesday after school and help the P.E department coach the younger year groups. - Lucy Edwards
